Product Returns

While we hope you are completely satisifed with your purchase, we do understand that plans can change or a product may not work the way you expect. If that is the case, we may be able to help, subject to the return policy below.

90 Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will authorize a return for any unused and unmodified items within 90 days of purchase. The purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees will be refunded. Returns for orders older than 90 days are only eligible for replacement. All other returns will be covered under our standard warranty below, unless stated otherwise.


If you have a problem with an item purchased from us, please contact us and we will help troubleshoot the problem. If the problem is determined to be a manufacturing error or due to defective materials, we will repair, return, or replace the defective item(s) as needed.

Damaged in Shipment

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Include a description and photos of the damaged item(s) and/or packaging, as that may help prevent similar problems in the future and assist in any insurance claims. We will arrange shipment of replacement items as needed.


  • All returns must be authorized before sending the item(s) back to us.
  • Returns must include any accessories included with the product. Your return may be denied if incomplete or damaged.
  • Authorization to return modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for processing the return, not including transit times.
  • Iowa Scaled Engineering will pay or refund shipping charges if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • If your return is not received in a condition suitable for resale (warranty returns excluded), we reserve the right deny your return, on a case-by-case basis.
  • To minimize risk of loss or damage, please send your return via a trackable method. Use a box or padded mailer and appropriate anti-static packaging (to avoid static damage in transit) when shipping it. We are not responsible for lost packages sent using a non-trackable method.
