This is an expansion board for the Iowa Scaled Engineering Block Signal Custom that adds an additional four MSS ports, ten sensor inputs, eight signal drivers, and six more general purpose I/O lines.   In addition, it can be controlled as an I2C peripheral from any device capable of 100kHz 5 volt I2C.  It's most commonly used with the Block Signal Custom master board to provide additional ports to handle even more complex track scenarios.
